Return Policy
All returns must be called in for Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). The MRA will then be given to you by the driver on your next delivery. You must include the MRA with the merchandise you are returning. Items received without the MRA will be refused and no credit will be issued.
Only items currently stocked and purchased from terrys-toppers.com within the last year will be issued credit for return to terrys-toppers.com. No returns will be allowed on drop-ships, add to stocks, special orders, mounted wheels and painted products.

It is your responsibility to check and verify parts at the time of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise for soundness of condition and completeness of all parts invoiced before you sign for the merchandise. terrys-toppers.com reserves the right to deny credit on any and all shortages that are called in after delivery has been made and you have signed the invoice.

Stock adjustments on individual lines purchased from terrys-toppers.com are allowed on up to 5% of your prior 12 months purchases of that line. Lines must be currently stocked by terrys-toppers.com and have valid part numbers at the time of return for credit to be issued. No handling will be assessed, providing the stock adjustment is accompanied with a 2 for 1 value offsetting order. These returns must have the approval from terrys-toppers.com management and will not be
factored into your return percentage.

Any returns to satisfy a past due balance will be credited at invoice price less a 25% handling charge.
Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect.
Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them regarding defective items. Defect rates over 5% must be
approved by a manufacturer’s representative. Returned items that are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound,
will either be returned or reclassified as a return to stock. These items will fall under the current returns policy and will be included in your current returns percentage.

If your return rate is over 10%, your pick-up will be delayed by one delivery in order for the return to be reviewed by your salesperson.

All parts must be trail-fitted before installation. Items damaged due to improper installation will not be credited upon return. terrys-toppers.com is not responsible for looking up part numbers incorrectly. This is a courtesy we perform for our customers. It is your responsibility to be sure you are ordering the correct parts.
 

Fed Ex Return Policies and Procedures

In order to receive proper credit, all Fed Ex returns must be accompanied by a terrys-toppers.com issued Merchandise Return Authorization form (MRA). After you call your return in to terrys-toppers.com the MRA will be mailed to you. The package must be shipped to terrys-toppers.com with all shipping costs prepaid. Credit will be issued after the returned goods are inspected and it is determined that the product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Any merchandise not meeting these criteria will be subject to refusal and credit will not be issued. Customers will be billed for missing parts and repackaging.

Call tags are only issued on defective items that are returned within a 2-week period.
Warranty items are your responsibility to return once the MRA has been issued.

Items out less than 30 days:
If Your Return Rate Is: The Charge Will Be:
Less than 15%  No handling charge
15-24%  15% handling charge
25% or greater 25% handling charge
 

Items out for 30-180 days:
If Your Return Rate Is:  The Charge Will Be:
Less than 10% No handling charge
10-14%  10% handling charge
15-24%  15% handling charge
25% or greater 25% handling charge
 

Items out for 180-365 days:
If Your Return Rate Is: The Charge Will Be:
Less than 10% No handling charge
10-14%  15% handling charge
15% or greater 25% handling charge

Items out for more than 365 days will be assessed a 25% handling charge, regardless of what your return rate is.
